Woocommerce Export

This tool provides a quick and reliable way to export your Printify products directly to your WooCommerce store, bypassing common publishing issues.

How to Use

  1. Select your Printify shop from the dropdown menu.

  2. Choose an export type:

    • "All Products" to export all the products in your Printify shop

    • "Page Range" to export specific pages (Note: Set Printify to display 12 products per page)

  3. Select image export options:

    • "Default Variant Images": Only exports images for the default variant to the Parent Products

    • "All Product Images": Exports all available images to the Parent Products

    • "One Image Per Variant": Exports one image for each variant for the Parent Products

  4. Optionally choose a limit for the amount of image URL's for each parent product. This is recommended to be used with the "All Product Images" option.

  5. Click "Export Products" to generate and download the CSV file.

  6. In your WooCommerce admin, go to Products > Import.

  7. Upload the CSV file. Fields should auto-map.

  8. Complete the import process.

More Information

  1. If the sizes or other attributes do not display in the correct order go to Products > Attributes > Configure terms, and reorder the sizes to the correct order.

  2. The options to export to not effect the variant images. All product export types will have variant images so that when a user selects a size and color that variant image will be shown.

  3. It is recommended to choose either the "default Variant Images" or the "one image per variant" option for faster imports.
