While the service is free, it's crucial to understand that only billing-enabled accounts have unrestricted access. If you're using a free account without billing enabled, you may encounter errors when trying to generate large amounts of content simultaneously. Therefore, if you plan on heavy usage or bulk content generation, consider enabling billing on your account to ensure uninterrupted service.

### Why am I getting a "usage limit reached" error when generating the excel file?

The error occurs when you are a user with a free subscription trying to generate an excel file that has more than 25 lines (Images & product template combinations). Since free users can only create 25 products per month, we don't allow excel files to be generated that have more than 25 lines. Users with a paid plan will never receive this error.
